GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Sales of New Look gift cards and e-gift cards are made, managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: 169725424. Voucher Express is the seller of the gift cards.
  2. New Look gift cards and e-gift cards supplied by this website can be purchased in £ sterling.
  3. £ sterling gift cards and e-gift cards can be used as full or part payment for any products purchased in New Look UK stores or www.newlook.com.
  4. Gift cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £50 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
  5. Gift cards will normally be dispatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor New Look shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
  6. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor New Look can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards following delivery to the recipient. Gift cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor New Look are responsible for funds on the card used without your knowledge.
  7. New Look gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this card. Voucher Express is not directly linked to New Look and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by WHSmith. For the same reason, New Look shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed by Voucher Express.
  8. Gift card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
  9. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read 'Voucher Express'. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. New Look will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.
  10. Gift cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in New Look stores.
  11. The re-sale of gift cards and e-gift cards sold via this website is strictly prohibited.
  12. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  13. Force Majeure: Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
  14. Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.

By accessing and browsing this site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by, and accept without any limitation or qualification, these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not use or access this site.
 
New Look reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review these terms and conditions each time you access this website.

Using the personalised New Look Gift Card site - things you must remember:
 
We want everyone to enjoy using the New Look Gift Card personalised service but there are certain rules and restrictions governing its use.
  1. You must have permission to use the images (photographs) that you upload to the service. You are responsible for all content you upload and we shall not have any liability.
  2. You will not upload an offensive, profane or pornographic image to this service.
  3. Your personalised message or image must not be offensive, profane or be intended to threaten, cause offence, annoyance, embarrassment or distress to any person.
  4. We reserve the right to reject orders that in our absolute discretion are offensive, indecent, pornographic, promote discrimination based on race, sex, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age or that in our opinion might incite hatred or violence.
  5. User uploaded content will not give the impression that it is endorsed by or otherwise emanates from New Look.
