Where can I spend my New Look eGift Card?

The eGift Card can be spent at any New Look store located in the UK and online at www.newlook.com if the items are delivered within the UK.

 

What is the helpline number for online eGift Card purchases?

For help with online purchases of New Look eGift Cards, you can contact us via e-mail at newlook@voucherexpress.net or call our helpline on 0371 644 2390. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 12 noon. If calling from overseas, please dial +44 1765 641749. Please quote your order number when you contact us.

 

What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another email informing you that your eGift Card has been despatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

 

What are the payment methods online?

We accept Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".

 

How much can I spend on an eGift Card?

eGift Cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £1 and a maximum value of £250.

 

Can I send a personal message with the eGift Card?

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your eGift Card online.  Your message will be included with your order.

 

Is there an expiry date on an eGift Card?

The eGift Card will be valid for 24 months from the date the eGift Card is issued. Any balance remaining after this date will be deducted to nil and forfeited.
