Where can I spend my New Look Gift Card?

The Gift Card can be spent at any New Look store located in the UK and online at www.newlook.com if the items are delivered within the UK.

What is the helpline number for online Gift Card purchases?

For help with online purchases of New Look Gift Cards, you can contact us via e-mail at newlook@voucherexpress.net or call our helpline on 0371 644 2390. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 12 noon. If calling from overseas, please dial +44 1765 641749. Please quote your order number when you contact us.

What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another email informing you that your Gift Card has been despatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

What are the payment methods online?

We accept Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".

How much can I spend on an Gift Card?

Gift Cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £5 and a maximum value of £500.

Can I send a personal message with the Gift Card?

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your Gift Card online. Your message will be included with your order.

Do you offer a same day despatch service?

Same day despatch is available online, before 3pm Monday to Friday, and costs £7.50. If you require same day despatch delivery, please select this option online or alternatively call 0371 644 2390 to place an order by telephone. If calling from overseas, please dial +44 1765 641749. Orders need to be placed by 3pm to be despatched the same day

Is there an expiry date on an Gift Card?

The Gift Card will be valid for 24 months from the date the eGift Card is issued. Any balance remaining after this date will be deducted to nil and forfeited.

Do you offer a Next Day Delivery Service?

Yes, Next Day Delivery is available online before 3pm Monday to Friday and costs £7.50 for delivery in the UK. Upgrading to Next Day Delivery means that your order will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery on the same day and will be delivered on the next working day before 1pm.

Please note: Royal Mail cannot deliver to business addresses if they are closed on Saturday.
