Where can I spend my Gift Card?

You can use your Gift Card for full or part payment for any products in all New Look stores in the UK (including Northern Ireland).

Can my Gift Card be used online at Newlook.com?

Yes, your New Look gift card can be used as full or part payment for any purchases on Newlook.com. You will be prompted to enter the 16 digit card number and 4 digit pin on the reverse of the card at the time of checkout.

How can I check my Gift Card balance

Your balance can be obtained by clicking clicking here, at any New Look store in the UK or by contacting Customer Services on 0344 499 6690.

Does my Gift Card expire?

Your Gift Card so long as it has a balance is valid for 24 months from the last credit, debit or balance enquiry. After this time the remaining balance will expire.

What happens if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Please treat Gift Cards like cash. New Look cannot replace or reimburse the balance if the Card is lost, stolen or damaged. However if your Gift Card has been registered here, New Look are able to replace your card with the active balance as of the last time of purchase.

Can items be returned purchased using a Gift Card?

Yes, you can return items to any New Look store in the UK. The amount of the return will be refunded back to the existing Gift Card if possible or a Refund Card will be issued.

Should I throw the card away when all the value is used?

No you should keep your Gift Card as it can be topped up ready for your next shop.

Are Gift Cards sold in specific denominations?

No, Gift Cards can be sold for any amount, subject to the following limits: Minimum amount of £1 & a maximum balance of £250.

Am I limited to the number of Gift Cards I can use during one transaction?

You can use as many different Gift Cards during a single transaction as required but the same Gift Card cannot be used twice within the same transaction.
